Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a Stores Coordinator to join our team in Aldershot. You will manage the day-to-day store operations, ensuring timely delivery of parts and equipment to maintenance teams while maintaining accurate records.
The role requires supervisory experience, strong stock control skills and a proactive approach. We offer a competitive salary up to £33,500, 37.5 hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits package include pension and life cover.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the store team, ensuring efficient service delivery to customers.
You will be ensuring the timely supply of parts, furniture, fittings, equipment and loan items to maintenance teams in line with contractual response times.
You will be purchasing, replenishing and controlling stock in accordance with company policies, processes and procedures.
You will be coordinating stock takes, vehicle stock checks, goods receipt and dispatch activities while maintaining accurate records.
You will be managing controlled substances hazardous to health documentation, risk assessments and compliance with statutory regulations.
You will be leading communication between stores and maintenance teams, supervising staff, supporting training and promoting safe working practices.
Qualifications: You will have GCSE Maths and English, a good level of literacy and information technology skills with a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages or equivalent, and a full clean UK driving licence.
Experience: You will have previous supervisory experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of inventory, warehousing and stock procurement procedures, proven experience working to targets and deadlines, and experience delivering excellent customer service.
Skills: You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines, excellent attention to detail, leadership capability, commercial awareness and the confidence to build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
