Job summary

Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking an IT Services & Compliance Analyst to support information security controls, monitor compliance data and track remediation activities. You will represent IT services to stakeholders, adapt communications for different audiences, and help improve IT processes with current documentation and customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical experience and the ability to work effectively within IT service environments.
• Demonstrable experience in IT service delivery management, compiling management reports, project management, customer service and office administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong planning, problem solving and organisational abilities, understanding of business processes, and experience supporting IT projects.

Responsibilities

• You will be supporting adherence to information security controls, monitoring compliance data, reporting exceptions and tracking remediation activities.
• Representing information technology services to stakeholders and customers, adapting communication to suit different audiences.
• Owning and improving IT processes, ensuring documentation is current and customer-focused solutions are developed.
• Managing asset inventories, planning device replacements and providing forecasts to support budgeting.
• Conducting service reviews, producing performance dashboards and increasing visibility of service delivery.
• Supporting service improvement plans and assisting the Head of IT in driving team priorities and customer experience improvements.

Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:
