Primark in Glasgow is seeking a Team Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will work with the management team, organise Retail Assistants and ensure commercial planning, stock, and visual merchandising are on point.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching capability to influence your team and maintain customer-centric focus.
• Strong commercially minded approach to drive sales and optimize stock and planograms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales.
• Oversee tills or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive your own development through digital learning and career pathways.
