Primark Woolwich is recruiting for a Team Manager to lead and develop a store team, shaping the customer experience and daily operations. You will work with the management team to drive sales through effective stock, commercial planning and visual merchandising.

We seek a bold, people-first leader with coaching skills, strong organisational abilities and a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
• Oversee a section or department including commercial planning, stock management, planograms and visual merchandising.
• Supervise till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise the team of Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience while driving sales.
