Job summary

Co-op Digital is recruiting a Customer Team Leader to run a busy Didcot store on a part-time basis. You will lead a small team, cover shifts from 2pm to 10pm, and help deliver essential services to the community. You’ll be on the shop floor, manage tills, and support daily operations with a focus on service and efficiency.

You will drive merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes while promoting Co-op membership and community engagement. A flexible, customer-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership and the ability to motivate a small team.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Flexible approach and commitment to delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day store operations during your shift.
• Coach and support the team to deliver excellent service and efficient operations.
• Hands-on role on shop floor and tills to set pace for the team.
