Job summary

Co-op Digital in Mid Devon is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a small team during shifts, delivering essential services to the community and supporting post office or bakery operations as needed.

You will supervise on the shop floor, coach colleagues, and ensure smooth till operations while contributing to merchandising and stock accuracy. Flexible weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership preferred but not essential.
• Experience in merchandising or team management helpful.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations on your shift.
• Motivate, coach and support your team to deliver great service.
• Work hands-on on shop floor and tills to set pace for the team.
• Support store performance through merchandising and stock checks.
