Job summary

Co-op Group in Sale is hiring a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store on a 16-hour week contract with regular overtime. You’ll lead a small team, help deliver essential services and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor and tills.

You'll be a friendly face in the community, driving membership and delivering great service while supporting merchandising, stock accuracy and customer experience. A permanent part-time role with annual leave and benefits is offered.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift

• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth
