OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to support and develop a high-performing store team across our community-focused network. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive customer experience, and work with the management team to meet store targets.

As part of a comprehensive training program at our Difference Maker Academies—lasting up to 4 weeks—you will be paired with an experienced Academy Mentor to develop leadership skills and grow your potential for long-term success with OurCoop.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Ability to manage performance reviews and address underperformance.
• Knowledge of health & safety guidelines and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance reviews and address underperformance.

• Take responsibility for store financial performance and compliance.
• Manage absence and conduct return-to-work interviews.
