Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a capable store team leader to help drive daily operations and exceptional customer experiences in our Sheffield stores. You will lead, coach, and develop colleagues, ensuring adherence to company policies and strong financial performance.

You’ll work closely with the management team to implement strategies, manage scheduling, and lead change initiatives while maintaining high safety and service standards across shifts.

Qualifications

Previous experience leading store teams.
Experience communicating store goals and priorities.
Ability to manage performance and development discussions.

Responsibilities

Lead and support day-to-day store operations as part of the management team.
Conduct performance reviews and address underperformance.
Ensure colleagues adhere to Society policies and procedures.
