Job summary

CO-OP is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Beverley to run a small team in a fast-paced store, delivering essential services to the community. You’ll lead on-shift operations, coach colleagues, handle tills and post office duties, and help drive excellent service and store performance.

You’ll support merchandising and stock accuracy, champion Co-op membership, and engage with customers and local communities. Flexible shifts and training are provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities
