Co-op Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team and deliver essential community services. You may work in our post office or bakery or support online services and home delivery drivers. You will lead on shift, and be hands-on on the shop floor and tills.

This role offers varied shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, with at least one weekend shift and a permanent contract. Pay is £14.48 per hour.

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and lead by example.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or team management is welcome.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills to support daily operations and a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.
