Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Wakefield to run daily store operations while leading a small team. You’ll coach staff, handle tills, and ensure excellent service, with a focus on merchandising and stock accuracy.

This role supports community engagement and membership growth within a busy Co-op store. The position offers varied shifts, part-time hours (16 per week with overtime), and benefits including employee discounts and pension contributions.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.

• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
