Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Harrogate to manage a small store team and ensure efficient operations. You will lead shifts, support delivery of essential services, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will be involved in merchandising, stock control and community engagement, with overtime potential and weekend flexibility. 39 hours/week plus overtime, full-time role in a community-focused Co-op store.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience to manage small teams.
• Retail sector knowledge is beneficial.
• Ability to motivate and coach colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day store operations on shift.
• Motivate, coach and support team to deliver great service.
• Work hands-on on shop floor and tills to run daily operations.
