Job summary

You'll work on the shop floor, support stock control, merchandising, and customer service, including potential post office or bakery duties, and contribute to community engagement and Co-op membership growth. Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in a retail setting.
• Ability to work closing shifts and alternate weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support the team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and staff performance.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op membership and community engagement.
