Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage and coach staff, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and meeting store targets. You will support managers, coordinate daily tasks, and motivate the team, with shift patterns possibly including evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, communicative, enthusiastic, and resilient. Some supervisory experience is desirable but not essential, as we value transferable skills and a friendly, approachable nature.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Going the extra mile to ensure customers have a fantastic store experience
• Motivating and supporting the team by leading from the front
• Having a sound understanding of our products and offering guidance to our customers
• Taking ownership of customer complaints and dealing with them professionally
• Provide support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team and driving them to increase sales and attain store targets
