Job summary

OurCoop in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to guide and coach the store team, support managers, drive sales and meet targets. You’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day tasks and adapting shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.

You’ll lead from the front, help customers, understand products, handle complaints professionally, and foster an inclusive environment where colleagues can bring their authentic selves to work.
