Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Kidwelly to manage daily store operations, lead a small team and ensure first-class customer service. You will be hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting merchandising and stock accuracy while guiding your team through busy periods.

The role requires flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekend work, with a view to growing community engagement and promoting Co-op membership within the store.
