Job summary

Co-op is seeking a part-time Customer Team Leader in Pen Y Groes to lead a small team in a busy community store. You’ll be on the shop floor, manage daily tasks, and help deliver essential services with a focus on great customer experiences.

The role involves flexible shifts, potential weekend work, and opportunities to contribute to community engagement and membership growth while driving store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading small teams in retail environments.
• Ability to motivate and coach staff to deliver great service.
• Knowledge of merchandising and stock control is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth.
