Job summary

Matalan is seeking a Store Team Manager to lead a customer-focused in-store team and drive sales performance. You will guide daily activities on the shop floor, coach colleagues, and ensure service standards are consistently met while delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping journey.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability and a commitment to a positive, inclusive culture. You will partner with store management to achieve commercial goals and uphold high standards of store

Qualifications

Experience in supporting day-to-day running of a fast-paced retail store.
