Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience for customers.
• Recruit, train and develop colleagues to build a high-performing team.
• Coach the team on product knowledge, range, quality and service.
• Lead trade activity using insight to grow sales and profit.
• Deliver the Store Change Plan with efficient use of resources.
