Job summary

The Co-operative Food is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Warrington. You will lead the on-shift team to run daily store operations, ensuring great service, stock accuracy, and merchandising standards.

You will coach staff, manage tills, and contribute to community engagement and Co-op membership growth. Flexible weekend shifts and paid overtime are included in a part-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or team leadership is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations.

• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.
