The role demands hands-on leadership, exceptional communication, and a proactive approach to developing staff within a fast-paced retail environment. The position is full-time and on-site at the Hanley store.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Experience coaching and developing team members to deliver excellent service.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive results through people.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
• Manage an allocated store section including commercial planning, stock, planograms and visual standards.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when needed.
• Organise and direct Retail Assistants, assigning daily tasks.
