Job summary

Specsavers is looking for an Optical Assistant to join our Cribbs Causeway store. You will warmly welcome customers, assist with their optical needs, and contribute to a busy, friendly team.

The role includes training and development opportunities with support from experienced Opticians and Technicians to help you grow your career in optics and audiology. We offer a supportive environment, a strong focus on customer care, and a pathway to develop across multiple areas within Specsavers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they walk through the store.
• Support training and development through mentoring and guidance from experienced Opticians and Technicians.
• Help colleagues in a fast-paced optical environment to deliver excellent customer care.
