Job summary

VF Outdoor, home to Eastpak, is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Carnaby Street, London store. You will bridge store management and sales associates, driving service and sales.

You’ll lead by example with hands-on supervision, coach staff, maintain visual standards, and ensure policies are followed while achieving store KPIs.

Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail and strong English communication are preferred; weekend, evening, and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills in English.
• Hands-on leader with a can-do, customer-focused mindset.
• Experience opening and closing a store and taking charge as needed.
• Retail fashion or lifestyle background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support management to drive sales and profitability.
