One O One Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a busy Glasgow store. You will be responsible for stock, merchandising, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining daily operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in till operations and cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams and motivate others.
• Flexible to evenings and weekends.
• Good communication and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the store and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain stock levels, labels and merchandising.
• Ensure licensing and compliance measures are in place.
• Help the store achieve KPIs like sales, payroll and targets.
• Complete stock checks daily, weekly and monthly.
