Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Supervisor for the Dreghorn store. You will lead a small team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain stock, merchandising, and licensing compliance to drive store performance.

Key responsibilities include managing tills, achieving KPIs, and coordinating daily and weekly stock checks, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as part of a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in till operations and cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams and motivate others.
• Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication and numeracy skills.
• Computer literacy desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Maintain a can-do attitude as part of a successful team.
• Keep the store fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Ensure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales and payroll.
• Complete stock-checks daily, weekly, and monthly.
