Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores in Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor for Levernside to lead daily operations and deliver great service.

You will manage a small team, ensure stock accuracy, proper merchandising, and compliance with licensing, while driving KPIs such as sales and payroll targets. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• A 'can do' attitude and a commitment to being part of a successful team.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets.
• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly.
