Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores, part of The Scotsman Group, seeks a Store Supervisor for Gartloch Road. You will lead a small team, ensure stock, pricing and display standards, and uphold licensing and compliance.

The role emphasizes a welcoming store environment and contributing to KPIs such as sales and payroll. Experience with till operations and cash handling, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and good numeracy and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licensing and compliance measures at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets.
• Complete stock-checks daily, weekly and monthly.

We are looking for experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our Store, Gartloch Road.

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:

• To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A ‘can do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times
• To help the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets
• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly

The Person

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Till operations and competent in all aspects of cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams, to take ownership of your role and motivate others.
• The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills desirable
