Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor at our Riddrie store. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure great customer service, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

The role demands till experience, cash handling, ability to manage a small team, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will uphold licensing and compliance, hit KPIs, and support stock control.

Qualifications

• Experience in till operations and competent in cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams and motivate others.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• A 'can do' attitude and a strong team player.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Ensure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets.
• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly.
