Job summary

POP MART in London is opening a brand-new flagship store and seeking a Supervisor to join the team. You will work with the Floor Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach the sales team, maintain stock integrity and merchandising standards, and support recruitment and training. The role requires strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for designer toys and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer-resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of store operations and performance drivers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Floor Manager in day-to-day store operations.
