Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Gartloch Road location in Glasgow. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming store environment, maintaining stock, and driving sales while leading a small team.

The ideal candidate will manage till operations and cash handling, adapt to flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and maintain high standards of communication and numeracy to meet KPIs and ensure smooth store running.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Contribute to a successful team with a can-do attitude.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Ensure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets.
• Conduct stock-checks daily, weekly and monthly.

We are looking for experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our Store, Gartloch Road.

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, Your Role Will Include

• To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A ‘can do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times
• To help the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets
• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly

The Person

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience in Till operations and competent in all aspects of cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams, to take ownership of your role and motivate others.
• The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills desirable
