Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor for our East End shop in Glasgow. You will lead daily operations, ensure the store is well stocked, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

The role requires a can-do attitude, experience with till operations and cash handling, and the ability to motivate a small team. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is preferred, with opportunities for career development and staff recognition.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Maintain fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised shelves.
• Ensure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales and payroll.
• Perform stock checks daily, weekly, and monthly.

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:

• To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.


• A ’can do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team.


• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.


• Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times


• To help the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets


• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly

The Person

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Till operations and competent in all aspects of cash handling.


• Ability to manage small teams, to take ownership of your role and motivate others.


• The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.


• Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.


• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills desirable
