Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Supervisor for a role at Wardie Road, Glasgow. You will be an ambassador for the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere and leading a small team to drive sales and maintain excellent standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with till operations and cash handling, be flexible for evenings/weekends, and possess good communication and numeracy skills. This on-site role offers development opportunities within The Scotsman Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in Till operations and competent in all aspects of cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams, take ownership and motivate others.
• Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, computer literacy and numeracy skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Show a can-do attitude and be a valuable part of a successful team.
• Keep the store fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Ensure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales and payroll targets.
• Conduct stock checks daily, weekly and monthly.

We are looking for experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our Store, Wardie Road.

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:

• To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A ‘can do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times
• To help the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets
• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly
