Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to lead the Ruchazie store. You will be an ambassador for the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and overseeing day-to-day operations.

You will manage stock, ensure compliance, drive KPIs such as sales and payroll, and motivate a small team. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and strong cash handling and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Till operations and cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams and take ownership.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and teamwork.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Maintain licensing and compliance measures at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales and payroll.
• Complete stock-checks daily, weekly and monthly.

We are looking for experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our Store, Ruchazie.

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:

• To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A ‘can do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times
• To help the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets
• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly

The Person

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Till operations and competent in all aspects of cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams, to take ownership of your role and motivate others.
• The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills desirable
