Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores in Glasgow is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Dreghorn store. You will be an ambassador for the store, create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, and work as part of a successful team.

The role requires ensuring stock is fully stocked, labelled and merchandised, maintaining licensing and compliance, helping the store hit KPIs such as sales and payroll, and completing stock checks daily, weekly and monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience with till operations and cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams and motivate staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, numeracy and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude as part of a successful team.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Maintain licensing and compliance measures at all times.

We are looking for experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our Store, Dreghorn.

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:

• To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A ‘can do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times
• To help the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets
• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly

The Person

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Till operations and competent in all aspects of cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams, to take ownership of your role and motivate others.
• The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills desirable
