Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Castleford, United Kingdom is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the leadership team and translate commercial priorities into daily actions. You will help develop Stylists and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, monitor KPIs, and assist with stock, payroll, and rosters while maintaining Levi’s visual standards and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a hands-on, people-focused approach.
• Experience delivering KPIs and sales targets.
• Understanding of store operations and day-to-day retail processes.
• Confidence coaching and developing others on the shop floor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
