Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor in Castleford to support the leadership team, drive store performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You will lead by example, coach Stylists, manage stock and rotas, and ensure Levi’s brand standards are upheld across operations and merchandising. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a hands-on approach.
• Experience delivering KPIs and sales targets.
• Understanding of day-to-day store operations.
• Willingness to work in evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the management team to deliver KPIs and priorities.
• Help implement daily/weekly sales targets to drive performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance; assist reporting to management.
• Lead by example with exceptional 1-to-1 customer service.
• Coach and develop Stylists through training and product knowledge.
• Assist with stock, payroll, rotas and general store operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and Levi's brand standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive and high-energy team environment.
