Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the leadership team in achieving store KPIs and to lead by example on the shop floor. You will translate commercial priorities into daily actions, mentor Stylists, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.

You will contribute to achieving targets, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive team environment while supporting store operations and visual presentation across the selling floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or team management.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to drive KPIs and support commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for management to deliver KPIs and priorities.
• Assist with daily/weekly sales targets to drive store performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance; assist reporting to management.
• Lead by example on the shop floor with exceptional customer service.
• Support stylist development through coaching and product knowledge sharing.
• Assist store operations including stock, admin, payroll, and rotas.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive, high-energy team environment.
