Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co in London is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and drive the customer experience in a flagship retail environment.

You will support management, set daily and weekly sales targets, monitor KPIs, and oversee stock, payroll and rota. You'll coach and develop Stylists, uphold brand values and ensure every customer journey puts the customer first.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and experience in efficiently managing a team.
Excellent coaching and development capabilities.
Experience in driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, with solid store-operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

Support and deputise for management in delivering KPI’s and profit opportunities.
Set and drive daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve performance.
Monitor KPIs and team performance via reports and updates to management.
Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and rota.
Enhance the customer journey by providing a 1-2-1 service and putting the customer first.
Inspire, motivate and train the team through coaching and product knowledge.
Represent the Levi’s brand and live its values.
Develop and grow your team with a proactive leadership approach.
Ensure strong customer service and efficient team management.
