Job summary

The North Face is opening a new Battersea store in London, recruiting two Store Supervisors to bridge management and sales teams. You will help drive sales, coach staff, and ensure the store meets brand standards and KPIs.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, strong English communication, and a hands-on, customer-first mindset. The role requires weekend/evening availability and a proactive, in-store leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Great customer service focus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Experience opening/closing a store and taking initiative.
• Retail background, fashion or lifestyle experience preferred.
• English proficiency; other languages a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Flexible for weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor store KPIs and help achieve targets.
