Job summary

VF Corp. through The North Face is opening a Battersea, London store and seeks two Store Supervisors. You will bridge store management and sales teams, drive service, and support sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead with a hands-on approach, coach staff, and ensure store standards, opening/closing procedures, and brand guidelines are followed. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Retail background, fashion or lifestyle experience preferred.
• Experience opening/closing a store and taking charge when needed.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Support-store management to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed and KPIs are met.
