Job summary

ThruDark Limited is launching a new store at Sentinel House and is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a small team on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer service and upholding brand standards.

You will manage daily operations, drive sales targets, and support visual merchandising to ensure a best-in-class retail experience. Weekend availability is essential, with fair rotation for weekends off.

About the Role

ThruDark is recruiting for a Store Supervisor to support the launch and operation of our new store at Sentinel House.

This is a customer-facing role suited to a confident, driven individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily running of the store - leading by example on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting your team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience.

Please note that weekend availability is essential for this role. Weekend shifts will be shared fairly across the team, with a rotation allowing for regular weekends off.

Requirements

• Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience.

About You

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within premium or performance retail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Confidence using POS systems and basic MS Office.

Desirable but not essential

• Experience working with premium or technical apparel (outdoor, tactical, performance, or lifestyle brands).
• Experience handling VIP or high-value customers.
• Personal interest in outdoor pursuits, fitness, adventure.
