Job summary

ThruDark is seeking a Store Supervisor for the new Battersea Power Station store. You will lead by example on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer service while upholding brand standards and operational excellence.

This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach to daily store operations. The position is part-time (15 hours) with fully flexible weekend shifts, offering a competitive hourly rate and kit vouchers.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within premium or performance retail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling and stock management.
• Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Manage and resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager on commercial decisions and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand.

About the Role

ThruDark is recruiting for a Store Supervisor to support the launch and operation of our new store at Battersea Power Station.

This is a customer-facing role suited to a confident, driven individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily running of the store - leading by example on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting your team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience.

About You
