Job summary

Lidl GB in Cheltenham is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to uphold high standards on the shop floor, motivate the team and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You will receive £15.45–£15.95 per hour for a 35–40 hour week, with enhanced benefits including 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount and family leave. Training and clear progression paths help you grow into leadership responsibilities.
