Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking an Argos Shift Manager to lead store shifts, coach teams, and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will work on the shop floor and in the warehouse, taking responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager and ensuring day-to-day tasks run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Organise, run and plan a fast-paced operation within store shifts.
• Direct a team, provide day-to-day coaching and on-the-spot guidance to deliver brilliant experiences for customers and colleagues.
• Support the Store Manager to ensure the store is safe and compliant and lead in their absence.
• Use product knowledge and commercial awareness to understand customers and drive sales.
• Deliver KPIs to improve profitability and store performance.
• Grow the team by helping colleagues develop and progress.
