Sainsbury's is seeking an Argos Shift Manager to lead shift operations, coach colleagues, and support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will manage on-the-floor activities, warehouse tasks, and deliveries to ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same.
• Experience motivating others, driving sales and performance, keeping operations running smoothly.
• Ability to direct a team, provide day-to-day coaching and on-the-spot guidance.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as sales, availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrates role modelling behaviour and values in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts and lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Allocate resources to deliver day-to-day tasks on the shop floor, warehouse, and deliveries.
• Lead on customer service to ensure brilliant experiences for customers and colleagues.
• Drive sales and profitability through strong commercial awareness and product knowledge.
