Qualifications

• Has experience organising, running and planning a fast-paced operation.
• Comfortable directing a team and providing day-to-day coaching.
• Supports Store Manager to keep the store safe and compliant.
• Strong commercial awareness to drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts within Argos stores and coach colleagues on the shop floor.
• Lead the full store operation in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Organise warehouse and take deliveries to ensure smooth operation and customer service.
