The Springs Leeds is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Leeds store and drive sales, profitability and an outstanding customer experience. You will manage and develop a team, ensuring excellent service while maintaining operational standards.

As Store Manager or deputy-level candidate, you will deploy effective people leadership, payroll management, stock control and loss prevention to meet KPIs and deliver growth.
