Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer for the Leeds showroom. You will own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and drives sales.

In this role you will convert enquiries, design kitchens balancing creativity with commercial value, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to installation, while aiming to exceed targets and protect margins.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities
