Job summary

River Island Clothing Co., Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the store team, sharpen the customer journey, and drive exceptional visual execution. You will be the product handling expert while supporting the Store Leader to develop staff and maintain high standards of operations.

You’ll drive commercial performance through strong product placement, visual standards, and hands-on operations, aligning customer experience with store KPIs and people development across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and 'wow' wearable outfits.
• Maintain high visual standards and customer journey focus.
• Duty manage across service, people and operations.
• Empower the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Use commercial tools to drive store performance.
• Support KPIs: sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, VOC, RFID, people.
• Assist store operations including health & safety compliance.
• Develop the store team to be high performing and engaged.
